StormWatch Pups and Pedigrees...
Isabel (CH Rowansgaard During Wind N Rain**, SH OAJ NA NF WCX CGC)
Isabel, Jordan's daughter, was the first female flat-coated retriever I ever owned. From the minute we introduced her to field, she was off and running! Isabel introduced me to the field trial world with the Derby (that's what those two asterisks (**) after her name stands for.) She qualified 4th at the FCRSA National Specialty Derby and JAM'd at THREE all-Breed Derbys, making her the 3rd highest ranking field trial FCR bitch in 2005. Beauty and brains served her well in any venue she attempted. To date, she's back to work in the field, agility and placed fourth at the 2010 National Specialty in the Field Trial Bitch class. We don't call her the the QB for nothing!
Lyric (CH Shiloh Galadriel, JH WCX NA CGC)
Lyric is an amazing young lady! Daughter of Jordan by the aunt of her cousin, Isabel, Lyric has all the drive and ability of Isabel with added sweetness thrown in for good measure! Awesome in the field, sonic in the agility ring and lovely in the show ring. We look forward to whatever Lyric wants to bring to the StormWatch table.
Tegan (Silver GCH Am/Can CH StormWatch Thunderclapp Tegan, JH WCX CGC)
Tegan makes us smile...she is the epitome of grace, elegance and style. Selected to go to Pamela Stanley, she ended up staying here while working through the pet passport to England. After learning that she had to have a titer at a year old, we knew she wasn't leaving. As talented in the field as her litter brother, Kobe, we realized, very early on, that her gorgeous type and fluid movement were hard to beat in the show ring. Going Best of Breed over ranked Specials at 8 months of age, she finished at 18 mos. and has multiple Grand Championship points and a major to date. Look for her in the 2011 Eukanuba Cup in Orlando, Florida, where she has already qualified to enter.
Kobe (Bronze GCH Am/Can CH StormWatch The Perfect, JH WCX CGC)
Kobe, my husband's 'pick' of my first litter, has been busy in the field while waiting for his sister, Tegan, to get done in the Bred By Exhibitor class. Tons of style and talent, he is now ready to work toward his CH. His first point started with a 3 point major!
Nikki (StormWatch When The Thunder Rolls)
Nikki
Nikki (pictured here at 9.5 weeks) is the daughter of Kobe and Lyric. This litter was a long awaited one and was blessed by Hallbent's illustrious founder, Georgie Buchanan. She said this combination should produce amazing offspring in that Jordan (who I just lost at age 12.5) is the great-grandfather and the grandfather of this combination and Eng CH Tigermoth of Keepersend was in the pedigree THREE times, but sadly, Georgie died (at age 91) before we were able to make it happen. I'm sure both Georgie, Jordan and Oliver are together in Heaven looking after our little girl with pride. xxxx
London (StormWatch Thunder Struck)
Son of our Tegan and Hugo (Eng. Sh CH Woodaven Crackerjack), we are very excited about bringing up this gorgeous young boy. Stay tuned for more on London!
